Potassium Acetate is manufactured by formulating potassium carbonate or potassium hydroxide with acetic acid. The Potassium Acetate Powder is widely used in fire extinguishers and as a food additive. Potassium acetate is used in the synthesis of medicines (antibiotics, potassium penicillin).
